This smoothie bowl is a recipe from my Two Week Fresh Start program! It's creamy, decadent and super satisfying. I added in some extra superfoods and herbs to boost up its nutrient contents. It is also gluten-free, dairy-free and grain-free.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
½ frozen banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pitted date
1 tablespoon pecans
stevia to taste
1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Optional: chia seeds and maca powder
Toppings: granola, almond butter & hemp seeds
