Hi my name is Colleen Clesen and I am the owner of HEAL 180. I am a 12- year Ovarian Cancer survivor. After emotionally and physically struggling through many surgeries, chemotherapy and drugs I decided I wanted to take my health back into my own hands and help others do the same. Since then I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. I received my Bachelor's degree in Food Nutrition & Dietetics, where I then gained my NDTR license through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the National accrediting agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I have worked in the fitness industry, clinical settings, and weight loss clinics. After seeing clients struggle with external issues due to internal imbalances I decided to go back to school to become a licensed Esthetician. I also recently was able to get pregnant naturally with my baby boy after doctors told me there was no way I could have a baby on my own without treatment due to my past of ovarian cancer and chemotherapy. Through physical nutrition. repairing my emotional health, and by the grace of God, I was able to bring our son into this world. Together I work one-on-one with my clients to ensure personalized programs while developing trusting relationships to help people turn their lives around. I also strive to help other women gain control back of their lives and their health. Helping them balance their hormones, carry healthy babies, and gain back their inner and outer beauty that brings them back to their TRUE self
