HTMA test helps us understand the stress your body has been under for the last 3 months and gives us insight to what minerals you are burning through quicker to adapt to the stress in your life. Stress is what leads to all disease. This test gives us a bigger picture of what is going on and can tell us what is going on a deeper level compared to blood work, which is just a one time snap shot of something occurring int he body at that exact moment.

An HTMA review consists of a personalized document explaining your specific HTMA results and what they mean along with supplement and diet suggestions. This will also included a recorded video breaking down your results and explaining your personalized plan. Once you order your hair test you can expect it to arrive in the mail in 3-5 business days. Your results will be emailed to you and you can forward them to heal180nutrition@gmail.com to request your review.

OUR TIMELINE TOGETHER
Month 1

This is your jump start month. In addition to learning the foundational skills - you will tell me all about your symptoms, health history, and your targeted health goals. This information will be assessed + reviewed and put into action.

We will gather your symptoms and pinpoint stress triggers from your health/life timeline

We will also order and review any testing that is deemed necessary. It is highly recommended to order some testing and lab work in order to test and not guess for better results. (HTMA, Inito hormone testing, thyroid panel and/or stool test)
Month 2

In month two you will build on the foundations learned in month one - as you will dial in and target what needs the most attention based on labs + data collection.

We will also spend sessions learning foundational nutrition information to make sure you understand your body and how best to take care of so it becomes a natural routine for you.
Month 3

We will continue to troubleshoot and personalize your plan so you feel like your best self

By now you'll begin to pick up on what those little symptoms were telling you and we will have reached a root cause to continue to focus on.

Also, by month 3 you should really start to see some major changes in your symptoms and reaching some of your goals we set forth back in Month 1.
