HTMA test helps us understand the stress your body has been under for the last 3 months and gives us insight to what minerals you are burning through quicker to adapt to the stress in your life. Stress is what leads to all disease. This test gives us a bigger picture of what is going on and can tell us what is going on a deeper level compared to blood work, which is just a one time snap shot of something occurring int he body at that exact moment.
An HTMA review consists of a personalized document explaining your specific HTMA results and what they mean along with personalized supplement and diet suggestions. This will also include a recorded video breaking down your results and explaining your personalized plan. Once you order your hair test you can expect it to arrive in the mail in 3-5 business days. You can follow this video here to learn more about how to cut your hair for the test. Your results will be emailed to you and you can forward them to heal180nutrition@gmail.com to request your review.
