Sassy Green Smoothie

Fiber filled smoothie packed with protein, healthy fats and hormone balancing micro nutrients.

· 2 cups spinach

· 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or raspberries, blackberries, etc.)

· 1/4 frozen banana

· 1 tablespoon flax seed

· 1 teaspoon maca powder

· 1 scoop of protein powder (I use Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Bone Broth)

· 1 tablespoon spirulina or 1 scoop Greens Powder

· 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

· 1 date or a packet of stevia to taste

· Optional: 1 tbs nut butter and a sprinkle of hemp seeds

Blend until creamy. Add ice to make shake thicker!
