Creamy Hormone Balancing Shake

Creamy high protein shake packed full of healthy fats, skin-loving collagen and hormone balancing micronutrients. The superfoods in this shake will help balance hormones related to PCOS, acne, fertility and thyroid issues!

· 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

· 1 scoop of Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein Powder (I use vanilla)

· 1 tsp maca powder

· 1 tbs ground flaxseed

· 1 tsp chia seeds

· ½ cup ice

· ½ tsp cinnamon

· ½ tsp ginger powder

· ½ frozen banana

· Optional: 1 tbs nut butter, 2 TBS homemade granola or hemp seeds on top!
