Clean Shamrock Shake

A gluten free & dairy free healthy twist on the traditional green shamrock shake!

Ingredients

• 1 cup cooled peppermint tea or 3 fresh mint leaves

• 1 tablespoon cacao powder

• 1 cup of nut milk (unsweetened)

• 1 frozen banana

• 1/4 frozen avocado

• 2 teaspoons spirulina or greens powder

• 2 cups of spinach

• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

• Handful of ice

• (optional) 1 square of dark 80% chocolate and 2 TBS coconut whip cream
